We offer individualized training sessions for all levels. Our unique, holistic approach incorporates breath-work, spinal flexibility and strength training. Knowledgable and classically trained, our exceptional team delivers a challenging and fun Pilates experience.

Our private sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy. When you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your session is deducted from your package. Sorry, no exceptions.

All payments made to WBM are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to any other WBM package or gifted to someone (excludes student training).

Any session taken, still unpaid after three days, will be automatically deducted from your credit card on file, based on our 1 session pricing.

Prior to your first training session a waiver must be completed. You can find it in the "new client welcome e-mail" or complete upon entering studio.

Wear comfortable work-out clothing such as yoga-leggings.

Socks with grips are required for your safety and studio hygiene. They are available in the studio shop.

Sessions are 55 minutes in duration. Sorry, we cannot go over session times if you are late. We ask that arrive 5 minutes before your session.

Complimentary towels and filtered water are available.

For pregnant clients we offer private training only. All pregnant clients are required to provide a Dr’s note confirming that they are cleared for exercise before beginning any sessions.
