Because his grasp of the basics is so strong he gives really excellent cues to help ensure you are doing the movement correctly, safely and getting maximum benefit. I also love that he is very focused on breathing which not only increases the effectiveness of the workout but makes it a cleansing and meditative experience in a way that pilates taught today most often is not.

  • The qualities I appreciate about Whole Body Method have always been the calm, supportive, non-competitive atmosphere and kind instructors. The video subscription service nicely recreates the in-studio atmosphere. Exercises are clearly explained and demonstrated. Sound and picture are great. If you don’t like Zoom (me!) this is a perfect alternative for practice at home.

  • I just did intermediate 3 and I feel great. You and Bronwyn making seal noises literally helped me laugh out loud for the first time in a long time. Thanks Nigel. These videos will be great for having more on demand options! I really liked the video for the focus on form. I can pause and rewind and watch the body movements (which we of course can't do during the live ones). In fact, my back was feeling a little tweaked before, and doing this video helped get it back to feeling good. I'll definitely get another in soon.
