PILATES FOUNDATIONS

Our Foundations class is perfect for those new to Pilates or anyone looking to refine their technique. With a focus on core stability, posture alignment, and precision, you'll build a solid grasp of Pilates fundamentals. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned practitioner seeking a mindful, restorative session, focusing on the essentials will deepen and enhance your practice. You'll also explore key equipment like the Reformer, Magic Circle, and Wunda Chair, learning how to use each to elevate your practice at any level.

PILATES PROGRESSION

This class builds on your foundational skills, introducing more complex exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance. You'll work with equipment like the Reformer, Magic Circle, and Wunda Chair to challenge your body in new ways. With a focus on precision and fluidity, this class refines your technique and deepens your mind-body connection, perfect for those who have completed Pilates Foundations and are ready to progress.

PILATES ADVANCED

Designed for seasoned practitioners ready to push their limits, this class builds on Pilates Progression with a focus on complex exercises, increased strength, flexibility, and precise alignment. You'll work with advanced techniques and equipment like the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair, aiming for advanced mind-body integration. Prepare to challenge yourself and deepen your practice. This class requires prior approval from a WBM instructor.

PILATES JUMP

We integrate the jump board into your Pilates routine for a cardio boost. This class combines high-intensity, jump-board sequences with traditional Pilates exercises, enhancing cardiovascular endurance while targeting strength and flexibility. Experience a dynamic blend of cardio and core work, perfect for those seeking a powerful, full-body workout.

PILATES RESTORE

This gentle class focuses on deep stretching, mindful movement, and breathwork. Ideal for those seeking to unwind, relieve tension, and enhance flexibility, it uses slow, deliberate exercises to help you reconnect with your body. Perfect for all levels.

 
 

Group CLASs Policies

Cancellation Policy: Classes have a 12-hour cancellation window. Late cancellations will result in a deduction of the session from your package.

Payments: All payments to WBM are non-refundable but can be transferred to other WBM packages or gifted (some exclusions apply).

Unpaid Sessions: Any session taken and unpaid after three days will be automatically charged to your credit card on file at our standard rate.

Waiver: A waiver must be completed before your first training session. Find it in your "New Client Welcome" email or complete it upon entering the studio.

Grip Socks: Required for safety and studio hygiene. Available for purchase in the studio shop.

Session Duration: Classes are 55 minutes long. Class levels are listed on the schedule.

Pregnant Clients: Private training only. A doctor’s note confirming clearance for exercise is required before beginning sessions.

Sign-Up: Online sign-up only; no drop-ins.
