After breaking my leg, ankle, and toe, and dislocating my shoulder playing rugby, I turned to Pilates in 2012 for rehabilitation. I fell in love with how Pilates made me stronger, more energized, and more in tune with my body. It helped me regain muscle, improve my posture, and strengthen my core.
While transitioning from paralegal to accountant, I realized I needed to teach Pilates and share it with others. I strive to help clients achieve their goals and educate them on form and body awareness, whether it's through injury rehabilitation or adopting a healthy lifestyle.
When I'm not in the Pilates studio, you'll find me hiking, traveling, or exploring new restaurants. I’m committed to helping clients live their best lives and firmly believe that “little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.”

As a third-generation L.A. native, I've been inspired by the local fitness scene since childhood. Growing up, one of my favorite fitness gurus was Richard Simmons. I've always loved his enthusiasm, humor, and compassionate heart with his clients—and I still do. Plus, he’s a riot!
During my 21-year career in film and television, I kept my body fit by taking Pilates. While doing my own stunts, I suffered many injuries, but Pilates consistently helped me heal. Realizing its power, I enrolled in the Whole Body Method Teacher Training and discovered a deep love for helping people connect with their bodies. With a spirit of fun and tenderness, I've found my calling in teaching.
