After breaking my leg, ankle, and toe, and dislocating my shoulder playing rugby, I turned to Pilates in 2012 for rehabilitation. I fell in love with how Pilates made me stronger, more energized, and more in tune with my body. It helped me regain muscle, improve my posture, and strengthen my core.
While transitioning from paralegal to accountant, I realized I needed to teach Pilates and share it with others. I strive to help clients achieve their goals and educate them on form and body awareness, whether it's through injury rehabilitation or adopting a healthy lifestyle.
When I'm not in the Pilates studio, you'll find me hiking, traveling, or exploring new restaurants. I’m committed to helping clients live their best lives and firmly believe that “little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.”

As a third-generation L.A. native, I've been inspired by the local fitness scene since childhood. Growing up, one of my favorite fitness gurus was Richard Simmons. I've always loved his enthusiasm, humor, and compassionate heart with his clients—and I still do. Plus, he’s a riot!
During my 21-year career in film and television, I kept my body fit by taking Pilates. While doing my own stunts, I suffered many injuries, but Pilates consistently helped me heal. Realizing its power, I enrolled in the Whole Body Method Teacher Training and discovered a deep love for helping people connect with their bodies. With a spirit of fun and tenderness, I've found my calling in teaching.

I worked in the corporate world for eight years after graduating from UCLA, but eventually, I decided to follow my true calling: guiding others toward healing by connecting with their bodies. I started practicing Pilates in college and used it as a tool to decompress from the stresses of corporate life until I decided to pursue a career in Pilates and earn my certification. As an instructor, I believe I have the opportunity to guide individuals toward a better quality of life through Pilates, participating in the simple joy of movement and linking these movements to everyday life.
Growing up as an LA native in the epicenter of the wellness industry, I’ve always had an intuitive love for health and wellness. I aim for my clients to walk out of the studio feeling grounded, with a healing and centering approach. I believe Pilates can be life-altering, and I’m honored to help clients learn to listen to their bodies.

From the moment I learned to crawl, I don’t think I’ve ever stopped moving. Growing up in California, I quickly realized that fitness is essential for making the most out of an active lifestyle, whether outdoors or indoors. In school, I played field hockey, soccer, and softball, and I ran two miles every day. Over the years, I’ve practiced yoga, Cardio Barre, Gyrotonics, and CrossFit training. While each has its benefits, I’ve found Pilates to be the best method for achieving genuine whole-body fitness and a healthy body awareness.
I have an extensive education in nutrition and love to share this knowledge with my clients as a complement to Pilates. In addition to helping others achieve their fitness goals, I channel what people have called my “infectious enthusiasm” as a successful infomercial host and actress. My core belief—and my approach to Pilates—is that fitness, like life itself, should be fun.

My Pilates journey began in 2018 during a trip to a wellness spa, where I practiced Pilates for the first time. After returning home from vacation, I signed up for an unlimited package at my local Pilates studio and began taking daily classes. The studio and its instructors became my family and inspired me to teach.
During the pandemic, a temporary move to my hometown introduced me to classical Pilates. I craved the structure and loved learning about Joseph Pilates’ original work. After arriving in LA, I began a 500-hour Classical Pilates Teacher Training at Whole Body Method, where I learned anatomy, history, and Joseph's repertoire for each apparatus.
My passion is helping clients gain wellness through movement and explore the mind-body connection.

I grew up in LA and completed my Bachelor's in Movement Sciences in San Francisco. Since moving back to LA in 2012, I've gained extensive experience working in a physical therapy clinic, where I learned the ins and outs of rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise, as well as managing insurance details and office operations. I earned my Pilates certification at Whole Body Method and use a detailed approach to client care, drawing on my knowledge of the human body and Classical Pilates. I also have experience teaching nutrition and leading seminars in wholeness and wellness.
When I'm not working, I enjoy being outside under the warm sun and surrounded by the bright colors in the garden. You can catch me cruising the city on my longboard, food tripping, or practicing calligraphy and watercolor painting.

I have been a lifelong advocate of wellness, physical fitness, and health, and I discovered Pilates in London about 19 years ago. As a former professional equestrian, I spent years riding, training, and teaching both horses and riders, which led to many spills along the way!
I found Pilates to be the one discipline that helped me address lingering pain and stiffness from my previous occupation, ultimately guiding me to pursue a career as a classical Pilates instructor. The connection of body and mind makes Pilates the ultimate experience for your well-being, and I am excited to share it with my clients.
I am also a blessed mother of three beautiful daughters and two cheeky kitties. When I'm not in the studio, I enjoy hiking, sailing, and, of course, riding!

I first discovered Pilates in high school through a home DVD while playing basketball and running track. Over the next decade, I tried weightlifting, CrossFit, hiking, and more, but I always found myself coming back to Pilates.
After working in the advertising industry for years, I decided to shift my focus to something that aligned with my intuitive love of physical and mental wellness. I earned my Pilates certification through Whole Body Method in Los Angeles, CA.
With me as your instructor, you can expect a mix of fun and achievable challenges. My goal is to help you feel comfortable in your body, experience both mental and physical changes, and become empowered and energized at any stage of your Pilates journey. I’m excited to help you discover the true transformative power of Pilates!

I was born and raised in Korea, where I often visited my grandmother, a Buddhist monk, at her temple. There, I learned how to build both mental and physical strength.
When I was 15, my family moved to Los Angeles. I quickly took up yoga as my primary fitness practice and have continued it ever since. After a career in the fashion industry, my husband and I opened a restaurant. During that time, I realized how work and daily life can take a toll on the body.
A few years ago, I came to Whole Body Method and discovered Pilates. This led me to intensive study and certification as a Pilates instructor.
Now, I train clients to develop the strength, mobility, and flexibility they need to manage their busy lives.
